Louis Carr Hosts Community Open Day at Hillview

Louis Carr was proud to host an official Open Day at Hillview West Pennant Hills on Saturday 11 April, welcoming over 100 guests for an exclusive glimpse into this boutique residential estate for over 55’s. 

The Hillview Open Day event attracted existing purchasers, local neighbours, and prospective buyers, all drawn to the quality, craftsmanship, and lifestyle that Hillview West Pennant Hills has to offer. 

Guests were welcomed with gourmet food and beverages, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere throughout the day. Adding to the occasion, visitors enjoyed a game of bocce and the opportunity to enter a Penfolds Wine raffle, with four lucky attendees each taking home a premium bottle. 

On the day, five of the Hamptons-style display homes were open for inspection, allowing guests to experience firsthand the thoughtful design, premium finishes, and elevated living spaces.
